Welcome to the Virtual Academy for Teacher Training (VATT) in Balochistan. This online platform has been specially designed to support government school teachers by providing easy access to professional development opportunities. In Balochistan, many teachers work in remote areas where it can be difficult to attend in-person training. The Virtual Academy helps solve this challenge by offering training through videos, readings, activities, and other resources that teachers can use anytime and anywhere, even without a strong internet connection.

This initiative is being developed as part of the Provincial Institute for Teacher Education (PITE) Balochistan, to strengthen the continuous professional development of teachers across the province. The Virtual Academy focuses on helping teachers improve their skills in classroom management, subject knowledge, child development, and new teaching methods. It is aligned with Balochistan’s education policies and the national curriculum, supporting teachers in single- and multi-grade classrooms. By using this platform, teachers will become more confident, better prepared, and more connected to a supportive learning community, leading to better teaching and stronger learning outcomes for children across Balochistan.
